In order to continue to build the capacity of our 21st Century leaders, we must go beyond creating an equity focus in our professional development, leadership trainings and in our classrooms. In this session, educators will be provided with an Equity Framework and Guiding Principles to embark on, or fine-tune their current work in Equity. This session will unpack the framework and the guiding principles based on current research. In addition, we will review outcome-based strategies to create equitable districts, schools, and classrooms.
