During this interactive workshop, participants will be introduced to the Whole-Person Paradigm - the foundation for effective leadership - and The 4 Roles of Great Leaders: 1. Modeling that inspires trust, 2. Pathfinding that creates order without demanding it, 3. Aligning that supports the vision, 4. Empowering that unleashes human potential.
